Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Message content, selected estimate type, and optional stake-size notes
- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Correspondence related to bookings and follow-up files
We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or government ID through the website form.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, prepare estimates, send session exports, improve the site when analytics are allowed, and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis and retention
We process data because you request a service or because we have a legitimate interest in operating the estimate desk securely. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, or longer when needed for accounting, dispute resolution, or law. Session files you ask us to keep may be retained for the period we agree in writing.
Sharing
We use service providers who host email or site infrastructure under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Hong Kong law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable requirements.
Your rights
Subject to Hong Kong law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, or object to certain processing.
