What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used. Related storage such as localStorage may be used for the same purposes.
How we use cookies
Orchestrate API Digital uses essential cookies (and localStorage) to remember your cookie choice and keep basic site functions working. If you accept analytics, we may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. Rejecting analytics does not block estimate requests, browsing, or form use.
Cookies and storage table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
orchestrateapi_digital_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject choice from the consent banner | Until cleared (localStorage) | Orchestrate API Digital |
| Session continuity (essential) | Maintains basic page function during a visit where applicable | Session | Orchestrate API Digital |
_oa_analytics (optional) | Aggregate visit counts and popular pages when accepted | Up to 6 months | Orchestrate API Digital (first-party) |
Names of optional analytics cookies may vary slightly as measurement tools are configured; they are only set after Accept.
Managing cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner when it appears. You can clear localStorage and cookies in your browser settings to see the banner again. Browser controls also let you block third-party cookies globally.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that service may process technical data under its own policies. Links to Microsoft Store open a third-party site that may set its own cookies. We do not control those cookies. See our Privacy notice for broader data practices.
Impact of disabling
Essential consent storage is needed to remember Reject or Accept. Blocking all cookies may cause the banner to reappear each visit. Optional analytics, if rejected or blocked, simply means we rely less on traffic statistics — site features remain available.
